B. Location Information

Riders: Pickup and drop-off locations, Real-time location during active rides.

Drivers: Real-time background location, Live GPS tracking during online status, Location history related to rides and dispatch operations.

Background location access may continue even when the driver application is minimized or running in the background to support ride matching, safety, navigation, and dispatch services.

3. Driver Verification and Compliance

Drivers may be required to upload: Civil ID, Driver license, Vehicle registration, Insurance documents, Vehicle photos, and Profile photos.

We may review, approve, reject, or request updated documents to maintain platform safety and compliance. We may suspend or deactivate driver accounts with invalid, expired, or fraudulent documents.

4. Chat and Communication

Mashaweer provides in-app chat features between riders, drivers, and support teams. Chat messages may be stored and reviewed for: Customer support, Safety monitoring, Fraud prevention, Dispute resolution, and Service quality control. We do not currently record phone calls.

5. Children’s Privacy

Users under 18 years old may use certain services. We only collect limited information from minors, including: Basic name, Phone number, Email address, and Ride history. Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for supervising minor usage of the platform. We do not knowingly collect unnecessary sensitive information from users under 18.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information with: Drivers and riders involved in rides, Payment providers, Customer support providers, Government authorities when legally required, Law enforcement agencies, Service providers supporting app operations, and Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Despite our efforts, no online platform or internet transmission is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and account credentials.
